The UCA certification obtained after a thorough audit of our production process allows us to offer our customers the manufacture or refurbishment of any type of industrial vehicle, with the corresponding approvals, as well as their legalisation.
The Automotive Certification Unit (UCA) of the Foundation for the Promotion of Industrial Innovation is the Technical Service designated by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism to carry out initial assessments, production conformity and continuous verification for the approval of motor vehicles and their components.
The audit process includes evaluating the definition and implementation of internal procedures and guidelines, defined by the manufacturer, for controlling production compliance provisions in accordance with the various regulatory acts available.
The approval authority of a Member State has verified the existence of adequate arrangements and documented control plans, agreed with the manufacturer for each approval, to carry out at specified intervals the necessary tests or checks to verify continued conformity with the approved type, including specifically the physical tests specified in the regulatory acts.
