Who is responsible for processing your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>\nTalleres Jofrauto S.L. <\/strong>is RESPONSIBLE for processing the USER's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).\n

Why do we process your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>\nTo maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:\n

  • Send out the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions related to our business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Why may we process your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>\nBecause the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:\n

    • With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.<\/li>\n \t
    • For the legitimate interests of the CONTROLLER: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, etc., and to process orders, requests, etc., at the request of the USER.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How long will we keep your personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>\nThey will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements governing their custody, and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.\n

      Who do we share your personal data with?<\/strong><\/h3>\nNo communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.\n

      What are your rights?<\/strong><\/h3>\nThe rights of the USER are:\n

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER<\/strong><\/h2>\nBy ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.\n

SAFETY MEASURES<\/strong><\/h2>\nIn accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all the requirements of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR.
