Our Commitment

We are aware of and fully committed to meeting the quality and environmental requirements of our activities. Therefore, Management establishes the following Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy:

• Meeting our customers’ expectations

  We address the expectations of our customers and interested parties regarding the performance of our activities and their potential environmental impact.

• Objectives and Continuous Improvement

  We use this policy as a framework for establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives, defined within the scope, and as the basis for the continuous improvement of the IMS.

• Communication

  We maintain communication, both internally and with customers, public authorities, and other interested parties, regarding all aspects of the IMS.

• Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency

  We minimize the significant negative impacts of our products and services on the environment, keeping these aspects within appropriate levels to ensure quality and preserve the natural environment.

• Compliance with Legal Requirements

  We comply with all applicable legal and other requirements, commitments made to our customers, and any regulations, internal standards, or operating guidelines to which the company is subject.

• Technical Competence and Staff Motivation

  We assess and ensure the technical competence of our personnel and encourage their motivation to participate in the continuous improvement of relevant processes, in accordance with quality and environmental principles.

• Facilities and Equipment

  We ensure that our facilities are properly maintained and that appropriate equipment is available, in line with the organization’s activities and objectives.

• Process Analysis

  We ensure that the indicators for each process are analyzed, defining the actions to be taken in each case based on the results obtained and the expected outcomes.

• Production Conformity (CoP)

  Management, together with JOFRAUTO’s Homologation Manager, periodically reviews the Production Conformity Management System to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.

• Innovation

  We maintain a high level of innovation in product development and service delivery, within a system of continuous improvement and with a firm commitment to complying with the requirements of the applicable standard.

These principles are endorsed by Management, which ensures that the necessary resources are available for their implementation and communicates them publicly through this Policy.

The approval of this IMS Policy, in accordance with the Quality and Environmental standards, implies that all persons and departments identified in the IMS documentation have the responsibility and obligation to carry out the activities assigned to them.
